With more than three decades in the insurance risk management and loss control profession, Mike has specialized in leading consulting teams, and providing consultation and risk assessments for complex, national and international risks. Mike earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Safety & Health from Illinois State University and holds credentials as a Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Associate in Risk Management (ARM) and Associate in Loss Control Management (ALCM). Mike is also a Field Safety Resource for Texas & Arkansas and is Lean/Six Sigma certified to Green Belt. Mike’s comprehensive career includes various safety & health, and risk management consulting roles, as well as portfolio management and team management positions. He is a member of American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP), and past president of the Society of Casualty Safety Engineers in the greater Chicagoland area. Mike is a veteran, having served honorably in the United States Marine Corps. He’s raised three children, all grown now, and resides in Spring Hill, TN, just south of Nashville, with his wife, Roxanne, and dog, Henry. He and his wife enjoy travel, are big sports fans, and look forward to working out regularly.

Will has 10 years of experience in the risk management and loss control field. He worked in the trucking/transportation industry from 2010 until 2019, with the last 8 being in the safety, health, & environmental sector, running industry safety programs within the company. He joined AmFed in 2019 to start their in-house safety and risk management department. He received his Certified Director of Safety designation from the North American Transportation Management Institute and the Associates Safety Professional designation from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals; he holds multiple OSHA safety certifications. Will is a graduate of Mississippi College with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration. He is married with two children, Bryson (9) & Lena (4) and they currently reside in Madison, MS.
